Study Status

Hancock County preliminary DFIRMs were issued on August 24, 2006. An Open House meeting was held on October 25, 2006, followed by a 90-day appeal period that ended on April 18, 2007. The Letter of Final Determination was mailed on June 4, 2007. The effective date for the new DFIRMs will be December 4, 2007.
